This policy applies to all SurgiCore employees, affiliated physicians, billing personnel, contractors, and third-party vendors involved in the documentation, coding, and submission of claims for medical services provided at SurgiCore.

  • All claims reflect the actual services provided, without exaggeration or omission
  • Upcoding, unbundling, and duplicate billing are strictly prohibited
4. Education and Training

All billing personnel and providers receive regular training in proper documentation, coding, billing practices, and updates to regulatory requirements. Ongoing education ensures that all parties understand their responsibilities and stay current on applicable laws and standards.

5. Internal Audits and Monitoring

SurgiCore conducts periodic internal audits and reviews of billing records and claims to:

6. Reporting Concerns
