  • In-person discussions during your visits

You may be asked to consent to certain types of communication when scheduling your appointment or registering as a patient.

We may contact you regarding:

  • Pre-operative or post-operative instructions
  • Test results or follow-up needs

Please ensure we have your current phone number, email, and mailing address on file. You can update your contact preferences at any time.

3. Voicemail and Email Consent

If you provide us with your phone number or email, you are giving consent for SurgiCore to leave limited health information via voicemail or email (e.g., appointment details or callback requests). Sensitive information will not be left in detail unless you have given express permission.

If you do not want us to leave messages or send emails, you must notify us in writing.

4. Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you may receive text reminders for appointments, updates, or patient satisfaction surveys. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or notifying our front desk.

5. Communication with Others

You may designate a family member or caregiver to receive updates or speak on your behalf. Please complete the appropriate authorization forms if you would like someone else to receive your health information.

6. Emergencies

Do not use email, text messages, or social media to communicate medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

7. Your Privacy
