Our compliance program is designed to ensure that our organization follows all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as industry regulations and internal policies.

SurgiCore maintains a formal Corporate Compliance Program that:

• Promotes a culture of accountability and ethical conduct
• Provides training and education to staff, providers, and partners
• Prevents, detects, and responds to violations of laws or internal standards
• Ensures compliance with key healthcare laws, including HIPAA, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and applicable billing regulations

All SurgiCore employees, contractors, and medical professionals are expected to follow our Code of Conduct, which outlines our commitment to:

SurgiCore strongly encourages staff and affiliates to report any concerns regarding potential noncompliance or unethical behavior. We maintain a strict non-retaliation policy — anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation or adverse consequences.
